Most of our customers have never hired a roofbox before, so don’t worry if you’re unsure what you need.
Completing the form usually takes around 1-2 minutes and we typically respond within 1-2 hours. (Our record’s 3 minutes!).

Quotation Specific FAQs
Fitting & Removal
We do that for you and include the fitting & removal of all items within normal hours as standard at no additional cost. Most roofbar/roofbox packages can be fitted in about 15 minutes.
Your car’s new height
We’ll check post fitting and tell you what your new safe height is. This will help you navigate away from problems. Feel free to let us know if you need this information up front for instance to advise a ferry company or Eurotunnel as we have an extensive database of heights based on thousands of previous fittings.
Delivery & Collection
Generally this is the service that sells out first. We cover an area of approximately 25 mile raidus from our premises SG3 6SG. Delivery appointments are pre-scheduled and we will provide a 2 hour delivery window followed up by a “30 minute notice of arrival” message on the day thus avoiding you hanging about unnecessarily.
Demonstration
You’ll be given a comprehensive demonstration of how to get the best out of the equipment hired. Things to avoid as well as tips for ease of use.
When do the fittings & removals take place?
The calendar within the quotation form shows the dates that we are open/closed. Greyed out dates indicate that we are closed or have already exceeded appointment capacity for that specific date. Generally appointments are scheduled within the standard working day.

Within the form itself you will see the various different options that exist allowing you to self-select the one that applies to your vehicle. With that being said, if you are at all unsure there’s not only an option to tell us that, but you can also upload photos of your own car for us to review for you.
Are you open on Bank Holidays?
By default we are closed on a Bank Holiday weekend including the Monday. For Easter that naturally extends to Good Friday too.
Can I use my own roofbars? The ones that go from side to side…
Roofrails are factory fitted and a fixed part of the car – they always run front to back.
Roofbars are removable and are placed across the roof of the car. If you wish to use your own roofbars, they should be lockable and compatible with our Thule roofboxes. We will help you establish that as part of the booking process.
