Hire days include both the fitting and removal dates—for example, Saturday to Saturday is an eight-day hire. Our Weekender rate covers Friday to Monday inclusive.
October–March prices apply when your entire hire falls between 1 October and 31 March, including half-terms and Christmas. If any part of your hire falls between April and September, the standard April–September prices apply.

Roofbar-only prices apply when hired without a roofbox. Roof-mounted bike carrier prices are per carrier; please ask about pricing for multiple carriers and any roofbars required. All equipment is subject to availability and compatibility with your vehicle and bikes.
We also offer delivery and collection services. You can select these within the quotation request.
Every roofbox hire includes:
- Thule roofbox with dual-side opening.
- Compatible Thule roofbars and fittings, where Thule makes a suitable system for your vehicle.
- Professional fitting and removal during normal working hours.
- Internal straps to secure your luggage.
- A demonstration of how to use your roofbox.
- Your vehicle’s overall height measured after fitting.
Booking & Deposits
Request a quotation with your vehicle details and hire dates. We’ll check compatibility and availability, recommend suitable equipment and confirm your hire price.
A £50 booking deposit is payable within 48 hours to secure your booking and is credited towards your hire charge. Equipment is not reserved until the booking deposit has been received and we have confirmed your booking.
A separate £100 refundable security deposit is also payable, with its return subject to our hire terms.
Delivery and collection, and any fitting or removal outside normal working hours, are quoted separately. Any additional charges will be clearly stated in your quotation.
